Kathy Samuels, O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Samuels began her career as an optician while studying Biological Sciences at the University of Miami. Her graduate studies continued at Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. Dr. Samuels graduated in 1993 and went on to practice at Pearle Vision of Roswell, Georgia for seven years. Dr. Samuels has been practicing at Conyers Pearle Vision since May of 2000.
She is a member of the American Optometric Association, Georgia Optometric Association and the Society of Professional Optometrists. Dr. Samuels’ personal interests include exercise, music, and playing the piano.
David L. Grosswald, O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Grosswald is the founder and owner of our practice. He studied pre-medical, biological sciences at the University of Georgia for four years and continued graduate studies in optometry at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. He graduated in 1992 and has been practicing in the Atlanta area since that time.
Presently, Dr. Grosswald serves as the Pearle Regional Franchise Advisory Council member and, in the past, has served as the Corporate Chairperson of the Georgia Optometric Association. Soon after opening his Pearle Vision affiliated offices, Dr. Grosswald received recognition in 2000 as the Jerry Borbe Small Business Person of the Year Award runner-up. He is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Georgia Optometric Association.
Dr. Grosswald is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and his practice interests include primary care optometry, and ‘difficult to fit’ contact lenses.
Dr. Grosswald enjoys spending time with his wife, Susanne, his four boys: Sam, Ryan, Gabriel, and Ethan.
Omno Okor, O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Okor is originally from Nigeria and moved here as a teenager in 1992. She studied Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology at Emory University and graduated with a B. Sc Degree in 2000. She went on to pursue her Optometric education at the Southern College of Optometry. She graduated in May 2004 and has since been practicing in our Lithonia location.
Dr. Okor is Board Certified in the Treatment and Management of Ocular Diseases and her practice interests include primary care optometry and contact lens fitting. She is a member of the American Optometric Association, the Georgia Optometric Association, and the National Optometric Association. She loves traveling, music, and spending time with family and friends.
Regina H. Cutright, O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Cutright began her career in 1997 as an optometric technician while studying Biological Sciences at Clemson University in preparation for her graduate studies at the Southern College of Optometry in Memphis, Tennessee. After graduating with honors in 2003, Dr. Cutright returned to her hometown of North Augusta, SC, to begin practicing in the Augusta area. She has been with the Augusta Pearle Vision since November of 2006.
Dr. Cutright is board certified in the treatment and management of ocular disease and her practice interests include primary care optometry including children and specialty contact lenses. She is a member of the American Optometric Association and the South Carolina and Georgia Optometric Associations.
While studying optometry, Dr. Cutright was incorporated into the Beta Sigma Kappa International Optometric Honor Society. As a graduating student, she received awards for excellence in Ocular Disease Management and Ophthalmic Dispensing.
In her spare time, Dr. Cutright enjoys teaching aerobics, conducting skin care classes, and spending time with her extensive family in the Augusta area.
